Adding users to sites - external users are disabled

Hi,

One of our clients is having problems adding users to sites. Internal users can be added but if the user is an external user (by which he means a user that has been added to Alfresco but not to active directory) they cannot be added as the select box is disabled.

This apparently started happening after they ran out of disk space (which has since been fixed).

Any ideas?

You can check if external users panel is enabled in Share configuration files:

Yes, it is.

The users in question, however, appear in the normal user list but their 'select' buttons are disabled.
