Thank you for the informative link but I do not want to go into group creation and also that github does not indicate the steps or procedure for changes to be made.

If you could let me know the files that hold result or manipulating the result then that would be great.

so far I came across the following things:

authority.ftl - no use of how to manipulate the search like if I want to know details of the people in search result list
pickerchildren.get.js

any helped out much.
