Auto login to Alfresco portal without external system authentication

Good morning,
I'm using Alfresco Community Edition 5.2 and I need to access to Alfresco portal (http://localhost:8080/share/page) via the credentials put in on a previous own web page.
In summary, input the credentials in my web portal and pressing the link to my Alfresco repository, I log in directly to the documents repository without going through the Alfresco login.
I state that I am not using and I can't use external authentication systems like CAS, LDAP or similar.

Are there any API to do that?

Please let me know, if is possible.

Yes, I've already looked it but there isn't a final step that can solve my trouble: pass the login information to Alfresco portal and open the document repository page directly. Or maybe I'm wrong? In this case, could you tell me exactly what I have to follow?
