    <description>&lt;P&gt;Helly Everyone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Open Ldap on my ldap server and DIGEST-MD5 SSL configuration is enabled on my server, Can any tell me how can I configure LDAP with DIGEST-MD5 configuration on my Alfresco server. What should be the values of the following properties ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;ldap.authentication.userNameFormat&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;ldap.synchronization.java.naming.security.principal&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;ldap.synchronization.userSearchBase&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;ldap.authentication.java.naming.factory.initial&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;My ldap-authentication.properties qnd ldap-authentication-context.xml&amp;nbsp; files are placed at &lt;STRONG&gt;/usr/local/tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/extension/Authentication/ldap/ldap1&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am only configuring&amp;nbsp; ldap's admin's username in properties for synchronization since DIGEST-MD5 doesn't need password but i am getting the following error in my logs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;WARN  [org.alfresco.repo.security.sync.ChainingUserRegistrySynchronizer] [localhost-startStop-1] Failed initial synchronize with user registries
org.alfresco.repo.security.authentication.AuthenticationException: 03180018 Failed to authenticate, username or password is wrong. &lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;Caused by: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - SASL(-13): user not found: no secret in database]s&amp;nbsp;&lt;/PRE&gt;</description>
