Bom dia,

Modificou alguma coisa no ambiente?

Configurou o serviço de SMTP no arquivo alfresco-global.properties?

Poderia dar mais detalhes do que está tentando fazer?

You have enabled sending test message during start of subsystem ,but the email cann't be send correctly,If you don't need it ,you can set following properties in your alfresco-global.properties.

mail.testmessage.send=false
