Hi everyone,I'd like to know if there is a way to "print" the a workflow history in a pdf file and send the file in an email. For example, in the last task of a workflow, if all the tasks are approved it would be nice if I can send the workflow's history throught an emailThanks in advance

Hi,

you have to introduce in your data model a new aspect that contains workflow history. Then you can manage this aspect in your business repository logic when a workflow step is finishing. For example, we used this approach to tracking workflow change status in Alfresco Share document node details.

Is there an apsect which contain workflow history or should I add all the informations that I'd like ?

What's the business repository logic ?

Actualy, I'd like to print the workflow details page in pdf once the workflow is achieved and email it

Hi,

you have to add the new aspect into your data model. So, you'll use this aspect to store your metadata information about workflow status or details that you collect during workflow execution.
