Unfortunately, Alfresco does not provide any simple Docker Compose templates for deploying Identity Service, only offering Helm chart configurations in https://github.com/Alfresco/alfresco-dbp-deployment that include identity service for anyone who wants to set up an overkill installation on Kubernetes. Though there are some samples / refernences you can find in test files.
