Smart folder query on TYPE derived from cm:folder

I was trying to create smart folder based on a custom type (and his fields) based on cm:folder. I saw that is not possible to do create smart folder querying on cm:folder.Is there any workaround?I'm using Alfresco Community v5.2.0 & Alfresco Share v5.2.fThank you

- If you are using CIFS or WebDAV, only cm:folder types are supported for a folder. Do not use a sub type of cm:folder; instead use aspects to apply properties to a folder.

- Don't use folder types in a filing rule (creating physical folders in Smart Folders is not supported).
