Unable to Add a user to site - Java IllegalStateException

You must enable the Activiti workflow engine in order to start an invitation workflow for a user. Check your alfresco-global.properties where you must have a setting explicitely disabling the workflow engine (it is enabled by default).

Thank you Axel !

After enabled activiti engine in alfresco-global properties, it can send the invitation to the user.
