How install Share OAuth extension?

Hello everyone,

I will hope someone can help me about this issue.

I want to install the Twitter Dashlet but before it is nedeed have installed the Share OAuth extension.

Well, I go on the page about this extension but there are not clear the instruction and I dont know how install this one.

There is this instruction:

An Maven POM is provided to build the extension, which can then be installed into your Alfresco installation.

To build the project, run Maven from the base project directory.

mvn clean package

This will give you two JAR files which you can install as follows.

Installation

I dont know how run this command or whtat does that mean?

I will greacefull for any help and thanks a lot in advance.
