Unable to change type of document

I created Custom Content Type by followingWorking with custom content types · softwareloop/uploader-plus Wiki · GitHub The Uploader form shows up correct metadata and applies it. But when I try to Change Type on a document and I select my newly created custom type. It gives and error message:
