Solving SOLR issues without reindexing/without restarting Alfresco?

Hi,We need to upload around 2.5 Billion documents into Alfresco Enterprise Using Bulk Import.While Uploading the Documents into Alfresco if we face any issues in server i.e SOLR Can we fix the SOLR issues without Reindexing and without Restarting the Alfresco.Thanks in Advance.

Maybe yes, maybe no.... As soon as I have used my time machine to travel into the future I can tell you.

Honestly though, it depends completely on the issue you may encounter. Any statement I could make here will be based on stargazing. I can only recommend to thorougly test your ingestion process beforehand, fix any issues you find, and then do the whole process. Ideally, you will have fixed any issues and the question does not even arise...

You might want to explain your approach in further detail because if you are planning on trying to do 2.5 billion docs in one shot via bulk import, solr will be the least of your problems.
