Seriously - what specifically are you looking for? What do you consider complete? Where did you already look and didn't find anything? Have you checked the official documentation? Did you try any of the developer guides that exist in the community or as a book?

If you are a partner of Alfresco, you may be able to find something in a partner-only portal / system for sales + marketing material. Otherwise there are the ArchiTech Talks on this platform that might be used. Also check SlideShare for slides from the latest DevCon.

Otherwise you have to create the PowerPoint you need on your own...
