Hi,I'm having the same problem as described in:[ALF-16123] CheckOutCheckInService.checkout fails with DuplicateChildNodeNameException if no working copy label message … I'm using Community 4.2.c. Is there some kind of patch to apply, I'm not really fond of upgrading ATM.TIA

There is no specific singular patch that you can just download and apply for this. You would have to backport the changes made for that issue from a newer version to the source code of your 4.2.c system, and rebuild the Alfresco components / web application yourself.

Well, I've overrode the bean which uses this class with mine, upgraded. We'll see how it'll perform on the production.
