Please do not include extensive logs in your question - use attachments to provide the log files while keeping your question easy to read.

Your catalina.out output does not contain any indication why Alfresco does not start up. Indeed, the log messages included can only happen when Alfresco has actually suceeded in starting. You just happen to have a lot of search / query errors dealing with invalid XPath expressions. Specifically, the following is incorrect

PATH:"/app:company_home/st:sites/cm:icfdocs/cm:documentLibrary/cm1273/cm:Kits/cm:ADF/:adf733_r2.1.1_c/cm:Intel_P12xx_x_ADF_Synthesis_QSG_r2.1.1_c.docx"

The immediate issue is the path segment /:adf733_r2.1.1_c/ which is lacking a proper QName prefix before the ':' character. Typically, this would be 'cm:' in a standard folder. Apparently this is the same problem in most if not all of the XPath cases, even though the specific path values differ.
