    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This question can be ambiguous.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me, "people's files" means files owned by a user, but it can be also files created by a user or modified by a user.
