Faceted search provides an ability to show the "most commonly used" terms for individual properties. In the Alfresco documentation it is referred to as "<A href="http://docs.alfresco.com/5.1/concepts/filtered-search.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">filtered search</A>".
