The client-side can cache the state of a document / folder tree. It should use HTTP HEAD requests with "if-changed-since"-style headers to check for any updates. Which AOS version are you using? I have had a customer encounter some cache/update issues with AOS 1.1.3, which were mostly resolved by going to AOS 1.1.7 (though other issues popped up due to an Office / Windows update).

Hello Axel,

thanks for your reply. I updated to 1.1.7 but now there is another issue. If I want to open a pdf file in Windows Explorer from the mapped aos share it always says "path not found".

If I open the aos directory via browser there are no problems. To open other file formats from Explorer is also no problem.

Any ideas on this?
