Basically its not the regarding only alfresco it depends on the third party system as well.

Third party system should have an api to upload a document in the system.It can be either cmis/rest api.There are multiple ways to achieve this in alfresco.For example if you want to export only single document you can create custom action and make it available on document and by clicking on that this document will get exported in third party system.

There might some tools available for this as well.But it depends on your third party system.
