Create page within share of Alfresco v5.2.f

We tried creating page within share of alfresco v5.2.f but not able to get the page.Went throught the links provided in the documentions of Alfresco but nothing worked out.Can someone let us know how do we do in the above mentioned version?‌ ‌

Hi Rahul,

Are you creating a surf page or aikau page in share.

Can you provide some detail - also what errors issues you are facing. If no errors but not getting the page

check the url you are hitting and the one mentioned in xml file.

Hi Ranjeet,

I am new to alfresco share. Could you please provide both ways to create page in share?

We tried as surf page earlier. Unable to get the results.

If yes can you provide more information on your problem.

- Do you have an error ?

- Can you show the custom folder/file hierarchy you created ?

Hi Rahul,

I would also suggest you to go through the architecture to get the core understanding of the pages

A Surf page is processed and generated via the Spring MVC framework.

An Aikau page is processed and generated via the Spring Surf and Spring MVC framework
