Hello Everyone, I have Problem this issue, Kindly help to solve this one, Once the file is approved, it should be locked and should not allow users to edit/download the file. They should only be able to view. Right now, we’re able to do both, even after the file is approved

What you are asking for is not a feature available out of the box.

If you really need it, you will have to develop it by yourself, or hire someone to do that for you.
