This looks like an oversight when Jeff moved the bootstrap to a separate file in <A href="https://github.com/jpotts/alfresco-developer-series/commit/47e124ef6db6f6f444790563f23600fd62460d95" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">a commit in April last year</A>. Simply add an import to the bootstrap context before the import to the service context file, and you should be fine.
