    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have come across similar requirements in the past, and always been able to argue / convince the customer that it was a horrible idea and the data should be moved to a proper database. Microsoft Access has no place in the world for profressional data management, and accessing it from anything other than Microsoft-based products is a major pain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
