Alfresco Process Service Trial s/w liscenceing issue

Hi Team, few days back I requested for Alfresco process service 30 days trial s/w , I got the email with download links.

After installing the process service , I had to apply the activiti.lic liscence file , there were 2 ways either you can directly place the lic file in tomcat/lib or from the app editor you can upload the lic file. I tried both options but I am getting below error:

Application is in read-only mode due to invalid license dates (expired or start date in the future).

I am not what is the issue or am I doing wrong. I dropped 3 emails to Alfresco team but no one replying.

Finally I am submitting my issue here , with a hope that the support team will help me out from this issue.

I will wait for a positive response.

Do you have received any responses from Alfresco Team ?

I dont get troubles like you but i am currently expir 30 days trial so

I want to buy license. However, i cant contact Alfresco team.
