How to ask Alfresco NOT to insert the unique record id into the file name

When I upload the a file in the record management, Alfresco automatically inserts the unique record id into the file name. This creates the problem for me because it makes the file name unpredictable. What can I do to ask Alfresco NOT to do that? Also I tried to opencmis java interface and tried

Hi Kevin,

I don't think our RM product really supports this. You will be able to do it by extending our code, but I don't think it will be trivial. If you just want to know what the original file name was then you can look at the property: rmarigionalName [sic].

We use the identifier to ensure that all records have a unique name, wherever they are in the fileplan.
