    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alfresco has a concept of workflow packages which can (temporarily) be used to expose a document to workflow participants outside the scope of a site. This would need some initialisation logic in the process to copy/move the file to the bpm&lt;img id="smileytongue" class="emoticon emoticon-smileytongue" src="https://connect.hyland.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.png" alt="Smiley Tongue" title="Smiley Tongue" /&gt;ackage, as well as conclusion logic to move/copy it back. Also, permissions should be added on the package to ensure only the participants have access to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
