Connect process component to Activiti

Hello,

I'm confused about Activiti.

Alfresco has three editions for Activiti:

1. Activiti version embedded in Alfresco content service that used in Alfresco Share.

2. Alfresco Process Service for enterprise only.

3. Alfresco Activiti open source.

About the ADF components for the process is compatible with APS, Can I use other editions in ADF?

This thread might help => ADF 3.0 works with Activiti 7. Also, ADF is tested against Community Edition of Alfresco Content Services.
