Customize Default ACA 1.8 Components like header/login Into Custom Extension/Plugin/Library project

Hello Connections

can we replicate/customize default component like header/favorite/login..etc using ADF app extensibility in ACA?

Scenario :

1. Cloned ACA 1.8 from git url - https://github.com/Alfresco/alfresco-content-app.git

2. Created Extension project from reference url - https://alfresco-content-app.netlify.com/#/extending/extensibility-features

3. Now want to customize header component of ACA project in custom-extension project

Observation :

I'm able to create definition in custom extension (my-extension.plugin.json) by creating replica of ACA project plugin definition(app.extension.json) like context-menu, toolbar-menu, nav-bar..etc

So, custom-extension definition will be merge with ACA project definition.

But, can we customize ACA component in our custom-extension? can ADF extensible provide flexibility to customize default component of ACA project into custom extension project(library/plugin) ?
