How can I create a process model using the Step Editor instead of BPMN Editor

I want to create a process model using the Step Editor instead of BPMN Editor in Activity 6 demo. I didn't find any answer in Alfresco Activiti Can anyone help me?

Step Editor is a feature of Alfresco Process Services. From the screenshot it looks like you are using the community version of Activiti where the step editor is not available. To download a trial please checkout these pages for more details.
