How to submit a xm request to Alfresco activiti through external Rest Api.Once request is received in Alfresco Activiti, workflow should be started.can you please help on this which Api will be needful and how can do authentication.

Take a look at this API call and some of the other documentation surrounding the API. You should be able to start a process via the API and move forward from there. The authentication process is documented in the same document, in this section.
