    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to enter into a license + support subscription agreement with Alfresco for any of their products (Alfresco Content Services / Alfresco Process Services), and be listed as the customer technical&amp;nbsp;contact to be eligible to access the Support Portal. If you are already a customer, you need to find out who in your organisation is responsible for the Support Portal access and have them add you as a technical contact via a support ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
