Create New Custom Content Type

Hi all,I m using Alfresco Community 5.2. I want to create a new custom type like "cm:folder". But I cant find any resource about this issue. How or where can I add this type configuration? Please please help me.Thanks in advanced.

Sorry, I'm in doubt about your question. Do you want to create a new custom type or a new custom model?.

In the first case, this link could be useful:

In the second case, you can create a new custom model with cm:folder as parent type.

There is an example about how to create a dl:dataListItem, and it could be useful too:
