Please also provide any information you can gather from the server log files, i.e. catalina.out, alfresco.log, share.log. It may also help if you can provide the HTTP response text from that call, i.e. by using your browsers "Developer Tools" => "Network" or "Requests" view.

Are you using some 3rd party addon / customisation in your system? It is weird that the DELETE request comes as the 2nd request overall, and also the address it is sent to is just wrong.

Issue is not only in my PC whole team is facing the same issue unable to download any zip files.

I can only repeat my last question: Are you using some 3rd party addon / customisation in your system?
