AAAR to capture Actions for specific site?

Hi Francesco- I'm able to configure AAAR to Alfresco Community edition 5.1. Currently my repository has 10 sites. The captured audit data is generic to all sites. I wanted Audit to filter for a specific site is that possible? Currently i don't see filters to filter for specific site. Kindly help.

Hi Bharath,

The data warehouse stores all the data and filtering is possible defining custom views over it.

You're need is not covered by a bundled report or dashboard but you can develop your preferred one, starting from an existing one.

My suggestion is always to start from the SQL query on the AAAR_DataMart schema (understanding the meaning of the tables is straightforward).

Then you can move to define the views: using a report or a dashboard.

Reviewing Data mart tables, i think ope_audits has the required information. I will define views basing on this. Thank you.

Just to let you know STG_ tables and OPE_ tables are used during the extraction and they contain only a portion of data. Only the DM_ tables are the "real" warehouse.
