Workflow form not displaying in Alfresco

I am creating a two level workflow in which :

1-->Initiator

2>review level 1

3>review level 2

First the workflow will be assigned to review level 1 if he rejects it will go back to initiator with comments of rejection. But that comments are not displaying to the initiator after rejection by review level 1.

This is the WorkflowThis is first Level approval FormThis is First Approval Rejected FormThis is the First Approval Rejected Form in Alfresco which is not Displaying any data except Task Done

Similarly if review level 2 rejects the form it is going to review level 1 but not showing the comments of rejection by review level 2

Are you using the same variable name in the second form for the comments field? Are you doing a Display Value or Display text variables of the form field?

Yes we are using the same variable name in the second form for the comments field as you can see in the screenshot.

But the comments of first rejection by reviewer1 is not comming to the initiator. Nothing is getting displayed not even if we take a new input text in the rejected form, its not displaying in the alfresco.
