    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;License files are not system- / IP-targeted. They can technically be transferred from system to system - as long as you are not violating your contractual rights by doing so. An installed license file is identical to a non-installed license file - it has only been renamed but otherwise has not been touched/modified with regards to its content. Technically, it can't be modified without rendering it inoperable since its content is protected via an&amp;nbsp;asymetric encryption scheme.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello,We have applied a license file to one of our POC instance which was meant for Stage instance as the test instance was suppose to be add later. Is it possible to apply same&amp;nbsp;License to the Stage instance discarding the POC instance?</description>
