The general goal would be that the disk(s) that handle the operating system, application / temp files, database files and the SOLR index have the lowest latency possible / you can provide. Using SSD for&amp;nbsp;index is a typical recommendation for best performance, as is using either a very fast disk (SSD) or sufficient memory for the database (to avoid costly IO).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With regards to&amp;nbsp;your specific hardware warning... I am no hardware / storage expert, so can't really say if you&amp;nbsp;have a bad HDD right there...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
