However the way you have multiple incoming transitions into&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Examine formal requirements" (not fully visible in attached diagram) can cause issues. It is best to merge them using some sort of gateway and have one incoming path into that task.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ciju&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
