I am using activiti 6.0 and trying to configure MySql db for activiti app and activiti rest. Does this schema: activiti exists in your database?

Thanks for your prompt reply.
Yes, I have created a database connection 127.0.0.1:3306/activitidb and created a mysql DB with the name 'activitidb'. I checked the schema of the db and it does exist.

This is the normal list of problems while connecting to the DB:

Also I would check:

hibernate.dialect=org.hibernate.dialect.MySQLDialect

Usually your DBs in Mysql are InnoDB.. so you might need a different

dialect..

Can you please check that?

Hi,

We configured the hibernate.dialect=org.hibernate.dialect.MySQLInnoDBDialect

and upgraded the jar to mysql-connector-java-8.0.11.jar
