You seem to be missing the

xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"‍

attribute + value in the model XML element.

Replace the last <model> tag with a </model>.

Yes, i just added </model> in the end of the file and it works fine

Man, I was looking multiple times up and down that XML and did not spot that...
