    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've just done exactly the same steps on a blank XP SP2 and it all worked fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can only assume that either you've got an old Java runtime on the path, or perhaps Tomcat doesn't like the folder you installed into. Did your installation folder contain spaces at all? If so, could you try installing into D:\Alfresco and try again?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Mike&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Starting web client after installation</title>

      <description>I'm a newbie to Alfresco (and not very technical). I've just installed Alfresco (including the WCM module) on my XP machine, which seemed to go through without any clitches. I tried to start the Alfresco server and wasn't able to start the web client (404 error).Any help would be much appreciated. T</description>

AlfrescoEnterprise-2.0.0-Setup.exe (typical intsall)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. AlfrescoWCMEnterprise-2.0.0-Setup.exe&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I started the server by going to Start&amp;gt;Programs&amp;gt;Alfresco EMS Enterprise Network&amp;gt;Start Alfresco Server&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then I tried to open the web client and got a 404 error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ritz.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
