    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the message contains a variable e.g. {0} then single quotes must be doubled up to escape them correctly. If the message does not contain a variable then a single quote character should be used.
