    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately, that's one of the few JSP files we do not have an extenstion mechanism for. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This file is included directly on each page throughout the application so to change the URL would involve changing every JSP page. You're best option therefore is to replace our titlebar.jsp with your version.
