I presume you just used the skeleton-project, Daniel provided on bitbucket? Please check if:

org.activiti.cdi.spi.ProcessEngineLookup file is in your META-INF folder of the src/main/resources (or in the final built jar artifact)

Make sure you're using the https://bitbucket.org/meyerd/activiti-cdi-jbossas7.1.1-setup/src/4216c17d3adc/programmatic/src/main/java/config/ProgrammaticProcessEngineConfiguration.java?at=master file. Perhaps this is a good place to start debugging

I don't really see any place where the individual services are configured to be automatically exposes as being injectable, but I'm not an expert when it comes to the CDI-integration…

Hi,
Thanks for answearing.

I looked up both of your points and could not found something wrong.
But I started once again with the example without any JSF pages in a new clean dynamic web project and I got the injection work.

Actually I'm not sure why it works now because both projects looks nearly the same.

But now I can start testing the activiti-cdi.
