      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's a best practice to work with interface classes that won't change. So it's a good practice to keep these interfaces really generic.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When you for example use the Spring bean injection and pass along the DelegateExecution to the bean your quite safe.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Of course there's always the possibility that you need to support old processes with old classes and new processes with new classes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In that case you should change the classes so you have a separate set of classes for the new process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There's also the possibility to use for example something like JBoss modules which offer more classloading capabilities.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Camunda provides integration with Activiti for this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
