I took me quite a bit of time to setup your test. It would be better to use the unit test template you can find here:

https://github.com/Activiti/activiti-unit-test-template

You process definition doesn't contain an end event after the last service task. So that's why you are getting this error. When you add the end event it runs just fine and you'll see that the third multi-instance task can't be completed because the sub process is ended because the completion condition is met.
