Forum Password Reset Function is a Catch 22

Hi !I didn't find an appropriate place for this issue:The password reset function of this forum is funny… After requesting a new password per mail, you'll be linked to a page, where you have to type in your old (forgotten) password to generate a new one… any ideas how to get out of this loop?Thanks

I now see that you can set a new password in account when you click on edit.
Or do you mean when you can't even login anymore?
