Mismatched references for NTLM information?

When I did that, I got basically the same thing: In the installation from http://downloads.sourceforge.net/alfresco/alfresco-community-tomcat-2.1.0.zip?modtime=1185267412&big_mirror=0, there is no tomcat/WEB-INF directory; as mentioned earlier, none of the web.xml files in the directory tree contain the string "Authentication Filter" or "AuthenticationFilter". But step 1, as stated, is to edit lines of tomcat/WEB-INF/web.xml and change the parts that contain these strings.

This means that these instructions also begin with a step 1 that does not take this distribution into consideration.

What form should I download Alfresco in? The instructions do not say what they are working off of.

The web.xml file is actually in tomcat/webapps/alfresco/WEB-INF
