Hello everyone!
I am looking for an application that could somehow communicate with Alfresco in a hidden manner. Let me elaborate:
Our executives were impressed with Alfresco but they have this new requirement.
We have this workflow in place that moves applications (images) from one folder to another. When an application is moved to a "for approval" folder, this will trigger an auto-email that would inform the assigned approver that he/she has pending applications for approval. Now here is the question: The assigned approver wants to just click a link (in the email) that would take him/her directly to the "for approval" folder without being asked to log in. How am I gonna do this or is there another web interface?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
     Thank you.

PS. Another question also is, where can I find an article that describes how secure Alfresco is?

EriC Z.

You can only bypass login if you either; Give the GUEST user access to the space (may not be advisable!) or use something like NTLM authentication to auto-login a valid user for the folder.

Thanks,

Kevin
