To ensure high level of security and performance, it is considered that the content is set to an another disk that is different from the disk installed th Alfresco. Besides, can the Alfresco support to set a directory to each space? For example, I defined spaces

Not at present. You will need to replace/extend the ContentService repository service bean implementation to do this.
